It all starts during the call, for every member of the team, manager included. On Google Meet, including from Gmail, and on the Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex web clients, the ClosePeak extension shows on the seller's screen only the line to say when an objection comes up, their talk ratio and the live Closing Score. The other person sees and hears nothing. Desktop apps are not covered.
Before any transcribed call, each member confirms they have told the other person the call is being transcribed.
Once the call ends, its report arrives: the Closing Score and five scored dimensions (Prospect qualification, Objection handling, Approach & storytelling, Structure & flow, Conclusion & next steps), the objections spotted with their moment, and concrete points to work on. A call made without the co-pilot can be analyzed too, by uploading its recording or pasting its transcript.
The manager writes the team's own criteria: every analyzed call gets one verdict per criterion, shown in its report, without touching the scores.
Report after report, the offer the team sells takes shape. Once five calls are analyzed across the members, the manager can run, at most once a week, the team's offer analysis: an overall score, the strengths, the frictions that slow the sale and the questions that keep coming up. It draws on the members' calls, each referred to by a letter, with nothing a prospect said and no prospect's name.
To make all of this work, the team shares a single tool, with two roles.
The manager sells with ClosePeak too: the co-pilot, their own reports, the challenges and the ranking apply to the admin account as well.
Analyzed calls also move the team forward. Each week, it receives new shared challenges: every analyzed call moves them forward, and each member who contributes earns the challenge's XP. Once the manager turns it on, the monthly ranking shows every account in the team the others' name, XP of the month and rank, nothing more.

The manager, with their own email address: they sign in, or create their account, then choose the Agency plan. That account becomes the team's admin account. On the payment page, the company card is entered, with its billing address. Invoices are then sent to the admin account's address.
The admin role cannot be transferred. The current Agency plan is cancelled, then the new manager subscribes with their own account and invites the sellers again. At the end of the old plan's paid period, the sellers leave the old team and keep their accounts.
For each seller: their name, email address, date of joining the team, the copilot hours used in the current cycle, and the report of every call made since joining, with their score, their trend, a signal when their scores decline and a verdict on each of the criteria the manager wrote for the team. A team overview groups the team's weak points. The manager can save each report as PDF, download the team's results as CSV, figures and verdicts only, and run once a week an analysis of the offer built on the sellers' calls, in which they are referred to by a letter. The manager reads a call's transcript only if the seller shares it, and can then comment on it line by line.
From the admin account's "My team" screen, which shows the amount of an addition before you confirm it. An added seat is billed right away, prorated to the current period, and its hours are granted prorated to the cycle. A removal takes effect at renewal, with no refund.
The admin account removes them from the team: their account carries on under the free plan, with its history. The admin account can also delete that account: if it was created for the team and used for nothing else, it is erased entirely; otherwise, only the calls made within the team are deleted.
No. One subscription, one card and one invoice, paid by the admin account. Hour packs, bought by the admin account, top up the team's shared pool.
