The other person sees and hears nothing. Desktop apps are not covered.
Before any transcribed call, you confirm that you have told the other person the call is being transcribed.
Once the call ends, its report arrives: the Closing Score and five scored dimensions (Prospect qualification, Objection handling, Approach & storytelling, Structure & flow, Conclusion & next steps), the objections spotted with their moment, and concrete points to work on. The report can be saved as PDF, to keep or share it. A call made without the co-pilot can be analyzed too, by uploading its recording or pasting its transcript.
